Who we are

The 8 Minute Body is run by SRQ Body Lab LLC, 5674 Palmer Boulevard, Sarasota, FL 34232. This policy covers the free Body Age Test at quiz.8minutebody.com, the member site, and our emails and texts. If you live in Washington, Nevada or Connecticut, also read our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, which covers your health answers in more detail.

What we collect

From the Body Age Test:

Your first name, email address, your answers, your Body Age result and your age.
Your time zone and the version of the test you saw.

When you buy:

Your name, email address and what you paid. Stripe takes the payment. We never see or keep your card number.

On your member page, only if you choose to share them:

Your answers to your coach's questionnaire. Some are about your health, such as areas to be gentle with, anything a doctor told you to avoid, your weight and waist, sleep, stress and eating habits.
Your weekly weight and waist numbers, your chair test results, which workouts you finished and how they felt.
Your phone number, and when and how you like your coach to reach you.

If you ask for texts:

Your mobile number, the exact words you agreed to, when you agreed, where on the site, a scrambled (not readable) form of your internet address, and your browser type. We keep this as proof of your agreement.

From your use of the site and our messages:

When you sign in, which emails and texts we sent you, and any texts you send back.
Notes your coach writes about your check-ins, and any video your coach makes for you.

How we use it

To give you the program, run your page, and send the emails and texts you asked for.
So your coach can coach you.
To answer your questions and give refunds.
To keep the site safe and working.
To send people who took the Body Age Test their result and a few emails about the program.
To measure our ads, only as described below under "Ads". We never use your health answers for ads.

Who sees it

Your coach (Jaime Brenkus or Kamila Larsen) and the small 8 Minute Body team.
Darker Digital LLC, the company that builds and runs the site for us.
Companies that run parts of the service for us, and may use your information only for that work: Cloudflare (hosting the member site and storing coach videos), Vercel (hosting the Body Age Test), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (text delivery), Stripe (payments) and Vimeo (workout video playback).
Anyone the law requires us to tell, or to protect someone's safety.
A buyer of our business, if that ever happens, under this same policy.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your health answers with anyone for advertising.

The Body Age Test page uses Meta's pixel and Meta's Conversions API so we can see whether our Facebook and Instagram ads work. They tell Meta that someone visited, started or finished the test, or bought, along with a browser code Meta sets. We never send Meta your answers, your Body Age, your weight or anything else about your health. You can turn off ads based on your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. The member site does not use Meta's pixel.

Text messages

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your agreement to get texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone except Twilio, which delivers our texts.

Cookies

The member site uses a small file (a cookie) to keep you signed in, and your browser's storage to remember things like where you paused a video. The Body Age Test page also uses Meta's cookies, as described under "Ads".

How long we keep it

Member information: while you are a member and for 3 years after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Body Age Test information if you never buy: 12 months after you take the test.
Your agreement to get texts, and your request to stop: 5 years, as proof.
Sign-in codes: until they expire.

Your choices and rights

Stop emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
Stop texts by replying STOP, or untick the box on your page.
Ask to see, correct, get a copy of, or delete what we keep about you: email customercare@fitndelicious.com or call 440-352-4300. We answer within 45 days. If we delete your information, we also tell the companies that hold it for us to delete it. We keep only what the law requires, such as your text agreement and payment records.
If we say no to a request, you can ask us to look again by replying to our answer. If we still say no, you can contact your state attorney general.

Keeping it safe

We use secure connections, keep access to a small team, and never store passwords or card numbers. No system is perfectly safe. If your information is ever exposed in a way the law requires us to report, we will tell you.

Children

The 8 Minute Body is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a big way, we will tell members by email first. The date at the top shows the latest version.
