Health information we collect

• Areas you ask us to be gentle with (such as knees, back, hips, shoulders, wrists or balance), and anything a doctor told you to avoid.
• Your weight, goal weight, waist and goal waist, and your weekly weight and waist log.
• Your sleep, stress, energy and eating habits, and your health goals.
• Which workouts you did, how they felt, and your chair test results.
• Your Body Age Test answers about strength, balance, stiffness and walking, and your Body Age result.
• Notes your coach writes, and any video your coach makes for you.

Why we collect it and how we use it

To coach you, to shape your check-ins and calls, to show your progress, and to send the result you asked for after the Body Age Test. We do not use it for advertising.

Where it comes from

From you, on the Body Age Test and your member page, and from your coach's notes.

Health information we share, and with whom

• Your coach and the 8 Minute Body team see your health answers.
• These companies store or carry it for us, under contract, only to run the service: Darker Digital LLC (runs the site), Cloudflare (hosting and coach video storage), Vercel (hosts the Body Age Test), Neon (database), Resend (email) and Twilio (texts).
• We do not sell health information, and we do not share it with Meta or any advertiser.

Your rights

• Ask whether we collect, share or sell your health information, and see it.
• Get a list of every company we have shared it with, and how to contact them.
• Ask us to delete it. We delete it from our systems, including backups (backups within 6 months), and tell the companies that hold it for us to delete it too.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
• We answer within 45 days. If we say no, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we answer the appeal within 45 days. If we still say no, you can contact your state attorney general.
