Jaime Brenkus, a dedicated figure in the health and wellness industry for over three decades, has founded fitness training businesses in Los Angeles, Tampa, and Cleveland.
Renowned for his innovative approach, Jaime is the creator of the widely recognized 8-Minute Abs workout series, viewed by over 76 million people on YouTube, impacting millions in their pursuit of a healthier lifestyle.
Collaborating with Elaine LaLanne in 2019, he co-authored the book "If you want to Live, Move," bringing simple and proven health concepts to a broader audience.
With a portfolio of over 150 fitness videos and appearances on various home shopping channels, Jaime has showcased his creative expertise, including choreographing videos for supermodel Kathy Ireland.
Holding a BA from the University of South Florida and certified as an Exercise Physiologist by the American College of Sports Medicine since 1988, Jaime Brenkus continues to make significant contributions to the fitness industry, presently owning and operating Lean Living, a fitness studio based in Cleveland.
